Become a Vendor

The Rusty Coop wouldn’t exist without our talented vendors! If you are an artisan, craftsman, creator, boutique or vintage shop and would like to have a space at this event, please submit a vendor application. We are also accepting applications for food and beverage providers.  

Our vendors come from all across the U.S./Midwest to showcase their wares and share their talents at The Rusty Coop. This is the vintage boujee event in the area. It’s one great, big party where folks can kick back and relax, enjoying music, local food and drink choices, and unique finds from vendors like you! 

Vendor Logistics:

  • $150 for 10x10, supply your own tent with minimum 20lb weights. 

  • $200 for 10x10 spot in large, covered tent.

  • Set up available Thursday and Friday morning.

Admission: $5 (a portion of the proceeds being donated to the Ellie Helm Foundation)

 

Directions: Head north on HWY 42, the Cherry Hut is roughly two miles before downtown Fish Creek.  Turn left on Orchard Rd, you can't miss us with all of the action!

Parking: Lot directly south of the Cherry Hut, across the street from Orchard Rd.

Things to Know

  • The Rusty Coop is a labor of love and sharing. I’ve taken all of my favorite things from shows that I’ve been to around the United States and brought them to Fish Creek to share with you! I’ve paid careful attention to ALL of the details…such as the cutest photo op areas ever!

  • There’s something for everyone at The Rusty Coop! Shop for vintage finds, support local artisans, enjoy live outdoor music, learn a new skill in a workshop, or just spend a day enjoying our open-air event! You will want to come back for day two, I promise!

  • We’ll have tasty treats for every palate! Multiple food trucks will be here featuring all your favorites like tacos and gelato, as well as local coffee bars, craft beers, wine, and juices. Vegan and vegetarian options will also be available.

  • We are always happy to welcome new vendors! Use the form below to get in contact.

  • Absolutely! We love pets, but please keep them leashed.
